Senior Financial AnalystOnsite | Mechanicsburg, PALooking for an opportunity to turn financial data into meaningful business decisions and help drive growth at a fast-growing company?West Shore Home is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll develop financial forecasts, build complex financial models, and analyze business performance to identify opportunities for improved profitability and growth. You'll partner with teams across the organization to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.This is an analytical, forward-thinking role focused on financial planning, problem-solving, process improvement, and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do
Develop financial forecasts, models, and projections to support business planning
Conduct financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate business performance and opportunities
Support short- and long-term financial planning and analysis
Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations
Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Maintain and improve financial planning tools, reporting processes, and forecasting accuracy
Partner with Accounting and cross-functional teams to understand business performance and operations
Provide actionable recommendations to leadership to support profitability, efficiency, and growth
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-5+ years of accounting and financial planning and analysis experience
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to present financial insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams
CPA or FPAC certification preferred
NetSuite experience preferred
