- Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure in a multi-vendor environment.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching technologies.
- Manage and support firewalls, secure web gateways, proxy services, and other network security solutions.
- Develop and maintain network automation solutions using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Automate network provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and operational workflows.
- Support, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on infrastructure hardening and security initiatives.
- Partner with desktop support and workplace technology teams to resolve end-user and office technology issues.
- Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance operational efficiency and automation.
- Participate in infrastructure projects related to networking, security, cloud connectivity, and technology modernization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for complex network connectivity and performance issues.
- Work onsite four days per week, supporting office-based technology operations and a large user base.
