    Job Summary

    Serves as a key contributor in advancing the organizations inclusion strategy across sites, functions, and business units. Coordinates and executes enterprise inclusion initiatives that foster a culture of belonging, engagement, and respect. Provides project coordination, stakeholder support, program analytics, and operational leadership to ensure successful implementation of inclusion programs and events. Partners closely with leaders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), external organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance awareness, participation, and alignment with organizational goals. Utilizes data and insights to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and support continuous improvement of inclusion efforts while contributing to Southwires mission of being an Extraordinary Place to Work.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinates and executes inclusion initiatives, programs, and engagement activities across sites, functions, and business units to support organizational objectives and inclusion strategy.

    Serves as a primary operational resource for inclusion programs, ensuring successful planning, execution, communication, and follow-through of key initiatives.

    Partners with leaders, HR teams, ERGs, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and participation in inclusion efforts.

    Leads project coordination for inclusion events, educational programs, workshops, recognition activities, and community partnerships, ensuring quality execution and measurable outcomes.

    Analyzes inclusion-related metrics, participation data, survey feedback, and program results to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements.

    Supports vendor relationships, budgeting activities, contracts, invoicing, and resource management associated with inclusion programs and events.

    Develops presentations, communications, reports, and materials that promote inclusion initiatives and support leadership decision-making.

    Provides guidance and support to team members and leaders regarding inclusion programs, resources, and engagement opportunities.

    Identifies opportunities to improve processes, increase operational effectiveness, and enhance the impact of inclusion initiatives across the organization.

    Required Education & Experience

    High School Diploma

    5-7 Years Experience

    Field(s) of Expertise: Employee engagement, inclusion programs, project coordination, communications, human resources, organizational development, or related experience

    Preferred Education & Experience

    Associates degree

    Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Diversity & Inclusion, or related field

    Certificates/Licenses: Diversity, Inclusion, Human Resources, Project Management, or related professional certification
