Job Description ***May require some flexible hours as they may have meetings with teams in other global regions.*** Required Education • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience Required Experience: • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: content planning, content curation, program scheduling, content strategy, streaming and/or linear television. Required Qualifications: • Excellent multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and the ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively. • Understanding of television and streaming viewing habits and evolving media consumption patterns. • Familiarity with scheduling and programming strategies. Required Technical Skills: • Experience with content management systems and program scheduling tools. • Experience with project management tools. • Strong skills in Airtable, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, and adaptability with new tools. Preferred Technical Skills: • Proficiency in JIRA a plus. • Experience scheduling in WON a plus. Job Overview: • This role will support Global and Local teams in the execution of our programming strategy. This person will focus on tracking and distributing critical components of our programming strategy across the company and will be responsible for maintaining internal planning documents. • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for content and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: • Scheduling support is the primary duty in our content management systems working with local and global teams identifying launch dates and calendar planning • Providing general support for the team from a strategy perspective and a launch perspective, this could include ticketing in our systems so will be detail oriented work, and it will require some flexibility and agility as needs may shift and flow. • Data management and distribution of calendars, ensuring the details of our content plans are maintained accurately in our systems, and distributed to the correct stakeholders and team members. • Manage merchandising and curation requests relating to metadata, thematic tagging, and featured placements on platform via Airtable forms and JIRA ticketing; partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Curation teams to ensure content launches are presented and prioritized appropriately on-platform. • Support Global Programming team on contributions to weekly/quarterly business presentations. • Liase with Legal and Rights Management to track rights and restrictions of global titles, distribute information to local programming teams. • Assist in obtaining creative materials for upcoming projects. • Provide support for ad hoc projects and requests. • Support the evolution and execution of the editorial vision to drive growth and engagement for our global audiences, while responding to cultural and consumer trends & business needs. • Excel – mainly for data management and basic manipulation of data.
