Senior Contract Analyst

Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Analyst for a leading
company in the energy industry. 

What You'll Do

• Review, prepare, and negotiate contracts
• Manage contracts for engineering, construction, and procurement projects
• Work with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management teams
• Review vendor proposals, pricing, and contract changes
• Identify and manage contract risks
• Handle amendments, claims, and contract issues
• Maintain contract records and provide updates to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of contract administration or related experience
• Strong contract negotiation experience
• Experience with construction, engineering, EPC, procurement, or industrial projects
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
