We're seeking a Senior Consumer Product Manager - Debit Card to drive the strategic direction of one of our most critical consumer and small business products. This is a highly visible, strategy-forward role responsible for driving engagement, usage, and profitability across a large debit card portfolio, while shaping the future of how our clients pay, spend, and interact with their bank every day.
Job Description
The Senior Consumer Product Manager - Debit Card holds primary responsibility for the long-term performance, growth strategy, and roadmap of BOKF's debit card portfolio across consumer and small business segments. This role leads portfolio strategy focused on acquisition, activation, usage, and retention, translating customer needs, market dynamics, and network capabilities into actionable initiatives that drive measurable revenue and engagement.
This position partners closely with marketing, product operations, technology, compliance, vendors, and frontline teams to deliver strong product outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience. The role operates with significant autonomy, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
