Lead Complex Gas Turbine Engineering Programs
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consulting Engineer with a strong background in gas turbine design and product development.
This is an opportunity to serve as a senior technical expert, lead complex engineering initiatives, and influence the design, testing, manufacturing, and improvement of advanced technologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead design, technical, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Own complex engineering and product-development projects
- Lead gas turbine design and development activities
- Solve complex design, manufacturing, and operational problems
- Drive product testing, validation, and manufacturing readiness
- Develop engineering standards, processes, and best practices
- Evaluate and implement new technologies
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, testing, operations, and external partners
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of professional engineering experience
- Gas turbine design experience – required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or related field
- Experience as a Design Lead, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Project Lead
- Experience owning complex engineering or product-development projects
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with product testing, validation, manufacturing, or production
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
