He/She will review target company financial information and other data to identify: historical and projected financial, operating, and commercial trends, qualified earnings adjustments, working capital and debt needs, underlying risks that make an impact on valuation negotiations. The Senior Associate will work with clients conducting financial advisory due diligence in buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Senior Consultant, Transaction Advisory

Our client is a national advisory business consulting with their clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. The Senior Associate will work with clients conducting financial advisory due diligence in buy-side and sell-side transactions. He/She will review target company financial information and other data to identify: historical and projected financial, operating, and commercial trends, qualified earnings adjustments, working capital and debt needs, underlying risks that make an impact on valuation negotiations.  The senior associate will also perform pre- and post-acquisition due diligence.  This is a hands-on analytical role where strong technical accounting and analytical skills are required.  If you are looking to join a well-established Transaction Advisory team, then email your resume to sflaherty@daleyaa.com.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred
• Certification - CPA, CFA, ABV, CVA
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Highly analytical and technical
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Salary range: $95,000 to $110,000 plus bonus
