Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is a consultative role that combines business development, relationship management, and recruitment delivery, offering significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client acquisition through to successful candidate placement.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, providing expert advice on hiring strategies and market trends.
  • Source, assess, and engage high-caliber talent across a variety of industries and disciplines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and support both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance targets while maintaining high service standards.
