    Position Overview
    We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant / Developer with 6+ years of hands-on technical experience to design, develop, and maintain custom CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, C# .NET development, and Azure integration services to support high-impact enterprise applications onsite in Richardson, TX.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy custom Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Dataverse solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Custom Code & Plugins: Write clean, efficient C# .NET code for custom workflow activities, plugins, and web resources.
    • Integration Engineering: Architect and implement secure, scalable integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
    • System Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize database performance, Dataverse queries, and system customizations.
    • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and solution architects throughout the software development lifecycle.
    Qualifications & Requirements
    Must-Have Skills:
    • Experience: 6+ years of core experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and administration.
    • Platform Expertise: Advanced hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse architecture, custom entity creation, security modeling, and Power Platform components.
    • Backend Development: Proven expertise in C# .NET framework for CRM plugins, custom APIs, and backend extensions.
    • Azure Integrations: Demonstrated background in building, monitoring, and supporting Azure integrations with Dynamics 365.
    Eligibility & Requirements:
    • Must be Visa independent.
    • Open to working onsite in Richardson, TX (Relocation candidates accepted).
