    Piece Management, Inc. (PMI) is growing and looking for a high-performing Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of major projects while helping develop the next generation of project managers.

    This is not a passive coordinator role. We are seeking a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple client projects, and is motivated to train and mentor a Junior Project Manager who will report directly to this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage multiple client projects from kickoff through completion
    • Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships
    • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to drive successful project outcomes
    • Utilize project management and service platforms to manage workflow and reporting
    • Identify operational improvements and implement scalable processes
    • Support leadership with project performance reporting and operational insights

     

    Leadership & Mentorship Responsibilities

    This role will directly oversee and develop a Junior Project Manager as part of PMI’s internal talent development program.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Providing hands-on training in project workflows, client communication, and operational processes
    • Reviewing project progress and providing guidance on prioritization and problem solving
    • Helping the Junior Project Manager develop time management, vendor coordination, and project tracking skills
    • Conducting regular check-ins and coaching to accelerate professional development
    • Assisting leadership in building a scalable project management team

     

    What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of project management experience
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
    • Experience with service platforms or facilities/project operations is a strong plus
