Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects and support onsite project teams. This role will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, cost, quality, safety, subcontractors, and overall project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

•  Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. 
•  Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders. 
•  Manage project logistics, material flow, equipment allocation, and site coordination. 
•  Oversee expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery. 
•  Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, safety, and compliance. 
•  Track project costs, schedules, quality, and overall performance. 
•  Identify and manage project risks. 
•  Resolve issues affecting cost, quality, or schedule. 
•  Maintain regular client and stakeholder communication. 
•  Prepare project reports and progress updates. 
•  Coordinate labor and materials to meet project timelines. 
•  Mentor and support project staff. 
•  Ensure compliance with safety, union, project, and regulatory requirements. 
•  Support projects from planning through completion. 

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
•  Experience with a general contractor or similar construction firm. 
•  Strong end-to-end project management experience, including: 
  •  Planning 
  •  Scheduling 
  •  Budgeting 
  •  Cost Management 
  •  Risk Management 
•  Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. 
•  Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
•  Must live within a commutable distance of Rochester, MN or be willing to relocate. 

Preferred Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
•  Construction expediting experience. 
•  Experience with construction inspections, quality, safety, specifications, and codes. 
•  Strong logistics management experience. 
•  Wall and ceiling or related construction trade experience preferred. 
•  Experience with construction project management software and Microsoft Office/common productivity tools.

Compensation & Relocation

• $125K–$150K annually
•  Relocation may be required if not currently within commuting distance.
