Build your future with a reliable, long-tenured construction partner delivering multi-site builds across the Southeast from a base in Trinity, NC. In this Senior Construction Project Manager opportunity, you’ll lead commercial projects end-to-end with a family-oriented, low-turnover culture and strong internal support.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Managerposition include:
- 5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience, with multisite and petroleum (gas station) experience desired
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, typically 6-8 active projects depending on complexity
- Oversee quick-serve restaurant and retail projects, typically $3M-$5M, including ground-up and renovation work (occupied and unoccupied)
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, superintendents, assistant estimators, accounting, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor schedules, budgets, job-site progress, quality, and documentation, including weekly reports and RFI, transmittal, and CO logs
- Manage contracts and change orders, ensuring scope items, line items, and change order needs are captured accurately
- Enforce safety standards, conduct regular site meetings, and participate in owner meetings, walkthroughs, inspections, punch walks, and closeout/transition meetings
- Use project management software and standard office tools (including Bluebeam, Excel, and Raken/Raiken) to support procurement and daily updates
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
