Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager – Power Generation to support a large-scale generation construction project at an active jobsite in Wheatfield, Indiana. This role will serve as a key onsite project leader responsible for supporting execution, contract administration, commercial management, schedule coordination, quality oversight, and turnover activities across a complex power generation construction environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in electric generation, heavy industrial construction, or gas-fired combustion turbine projects, along with deep knowledge of construction execution, OEM contract management, scheduling, cost tracking, and multidisciplinary coordination across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical workstreams. This person will act as a critical partner to the Lead Project Manager, serving as a first line of defense on commercial, technical, and operational matters that arise during project execution.
This is a hands-on field leadership role suited for a seasoned construction professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced jobsite environment, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, support contract and execution decisions, and help drive successful delivery of a major generation project.
