Senior Construction Project Manager, PE - Civil / MDOT

Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm serving communities across Michigan, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead construction engineering and inspection services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction engineering projects for MDOT, counties, and municipalities
• Oversee field staff, inspection, testing, and documentation
• Administer contracts, pay estimates, change orders, and project records
• Serve as the primary client contact through construction
• Mentor construction staff and support proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan
• 10+ years of civil construction engineering experience
• MDOT construction experience strongly preferred (FieldManager a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
