With more than $4 billion in construction experience, they are known for strong preconstruction capabilities, design-build expertise, owner-focused project management, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.Job DescriptionManage projects from preconstruction, budgeting, and buyout through construction, closeout, and turnover.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and overall execution strategies.Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents to identify potential issues and opportunities before and during construction.Lead subcontractor procurement, bid leveling, scope review, contract negotiations, and buyout activities.Manage project financials, including cost tracking, commitments, change orders, pay applications, forecasts, and monthly reporting.Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, design revisions, and other project documentation.Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations, sequencing, manpower, logistics, quality control, and safety.Conduct regular project meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Review subcontractor performance and ensure work is progressing in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, quality expectations, and safety standards.Assist with client development and maintain strong relationships with repeat owners and project partners.Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning, turnover, warranties, and final documentation.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Project Manager should have:10+ years of construction Project Management (3+ as a Senior Project Manager) experience with a general contractor.Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or other large-scale construction projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, contracts, and project financial management.Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong owner and subcontractor relationships.Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.What's on OfferAnnual base salary up to $160k (dependent upon experience)Project based bonuses up to $20k-$30k/year4 weeks PTO401k w/4% matchMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceLife InsuranceMaternity/Paternity leaveHSA contributions
