Project Manager T&D

Join a team delivering high-impact projects while providing leadership, technical expertise, and field oversight from construction kickoff through project completion. One of the country's top design build firms.

Responsibilities

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor daily construction activities and maintain detailed field reports.
  • Verify materials, workmanship, and completed installations meet project requirements.
  • Track progress, quantities, and support payment application reviews.
  • Lead or participate in construction meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
  • Document deficiencies, monitor corrective actions, and assist with project closeout.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
  • Provide direction to inspectors, testing agencies, and other field resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of construction oversight, inspection, or field engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, clients, and project teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management or scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel and work at project sites as needed.

Preferred

  • EIT, PE, or similar professional certification.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical, technology, or data center construction projects.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling, commissioning, and quality assurance processes.
