Lead the execution and performance of a growing multifamily construction portfolio valued up to $100M+ per project. Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams. Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients and project stakeholders. Partner with Preconstruction and Operations teams to improve project planning, scheduling, and cost performance. Drive operational excellence, team growth, and long-term business objectives.

Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and project operations. Extensive multifamily podium construction experience. Track record delivering large-scale projects up to $100M+. Strong understanding of negotiated work, cost-plus projects, CPM scheduling, Procore, and MS Project. Ability to bridge Preconstruction and Operations while identifying value-engineering opportunities.
