    Position Title: Senior Concrete Project Manager
    Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Travel to project sites required)
    Position Type: Fulltime

    Company Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in contractor-side commercial concrete construction who can successfully manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage commercial concrete projects from award through project closeout
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field superintendents.
    • Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors.
    • Monitor project costs, productivity, and quality.
    • Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce all safety standards.
    • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership.
    • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
    • Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed.

    Qualifications
    • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
    • Extensive experience managing commercial concrete construction projects.
    • Experience working for a self-performing commercial concrete contractor strongly preferred.
    Proven experience managing:
    • Structural concrete
    • Foundations
    • Slabs
    • Walls
    • Columns
    • Reinforced concrete
    • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
    • Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
    • OSHA certification is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
