  • Manage the department's compliance inbox, hotline, and correspondence
  • Track compliance metrics and prepare reports for leadership and compliance committees
  • Research new healthcare regulations and industry best practices
  • Develop and deliver compliance education and training for team members
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to promote a culture of integrity and accountability

What Makes You Great in This Role

  • You love digging into details and solving complex problems
  • You can balance multiple projects while staying highly organized
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with people at every level
  • You value integrity, accountability, and doing the right thing
  • You enjoy improving processes and helping others succeed

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience interpreting regulations and applying them in real-world situations
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Experience working collaboratively across departments and leading projects

Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, compliance, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare compliance or health law
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, auditing, and compliance program management

Why This Role Matters

Behind every trusted healthcare organization is a team committed to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your work helps protect patient privacy, strengthen compliance, support regulatory readiness, and build a culture where doing the right thing is simply how we do business.

Make a difference-by helping ensure exceptional care starts with exceptional compliance.
