Overview:
The Senior Complex Marketing Director is the strategic marketing and brand leader responsible for driving awareness, demand, revenue, and market share across a multi-property portfolio: Three Waters Resort, Amara Cay Resort, La Siesta Resort and Parrot Key Resort. This role develops and executes integrated marketing strategies that align with commercial objectives and encompass brand positioning, digital marketing, public relations, content, partnerships, events, social media, and customer engagement initiatives.
As a key member of the Executive Committee, the Senior Complex Marketing Director partners closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Sales, Food & Beverage, and ownership stakeholders to ensure marketing investments support business priorities and measurable performance outcomes. Leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and hotel performance metrics including ADR, occupancy, and market mix, this leader identifies opportunities to strengthen positioning, drive demand, and maximize return on investment.
Success in this role requires a combination of strategic vision, commercial acumen, creativity, and strong leadership. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative marketer who excels at leading cross-functional teams, managing agency and partner relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, building data-informed strategies, and delivering integrated campaigns that enhance brand equity, guest preference, and overall business performance.

Provide strategic leadership for the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, revenue, and long-term brand value across a multi-property resort portfolio. Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets in close partnership with property leadership, Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, and above-property marketing teams. Leverage business intelligence—including ADR, occupancy, market mix, need periods, customer behavior, and campaign performance—to establish targeted objectives and measurable strategies that optimize commercial performance and return on investment. Oversee the full marketing ecosystem, including digital advertising, content strategy, creative development, brand storytelling, media relations, public relations, events, and strategic partnerships across culinary, wellness, fashion, art, design, lifestyle, and culture.
Serve as a key member of the Executive Committee and strategic business partner, ensuring marketing priorities are closely aligned with overall property and portfolio objectives. Lead agency partners and the property marketing team, establishing clear performance expectations and using data and reporting to evaluate results, optimize investment, and continuously refine strategy. Champion a consistent, elevated brand experience across all guest-facing channels and touchpoints while identifying innovative opportunities to strengthen brand equity, engage in-house and local audiences, build guest loyalty, and generate incremental demand and revenue. Regularly communicate marketing strategy, performance, opportunities, and key initiatives to property leadership, corporate partners, and ownership stakeholders.
