This confidential opportunity is ideal for an experienced compensation professional who enjoys solving complex workforce challenges, advising senior leaders, and developing strategies that help organizations attract, retain, and motivate talent.
You will lead large-scale compensation engagements, manage client relationships, guide project teams, and support business development. You will also help clients modernize their compensation programs through data, technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex compensation consulting engagements from analysis through final recommendations.
- Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, pay structures, and programs aligned with business and talent needs.
- Advise senior HR and business leaders on pay competitiveness, job architecture, incentive design, and compensation modernization.
- Structure, review, and interpret compensation analyses completed by project teams.
- Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted compensation advisor.
- Oversee project scope, schedules, deliverables, resources, and quality.
- Coach junior team members and provide guidance on analysis, client delivery, and professional development.
- Develop new client relationships, expand current engagements, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Use AI and technology-enabled tools to strengthen analysis, improve efficiency, and enhance client solutions.
- Contribute to innovative methodologies, market insights, and compensation thought leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least eight years of compensation consulting or related HR advisory experience.
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, market analysis, job architecture, incentive plans, and pay-program design.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and complex client engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and HR leaders.
- Strong understanding of compensation technology, regulatory requirements, and market practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Compensation
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $91,000–$180,000 annually.
Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, education, technical expertise, location, consulting background, and overall alignment with the position.
