| Job Description: | The University of Florida Human Resources is seeking a strategic thinker who pairs deep compensation expertise with exceptional analytical, consulting, and executive communication skills. You should be comfortable navigating complex structures, working with sensitive information, challenging conventional approaches, and translating sophisticated compensation data into practical recommendations leaders can act on. Reporting under the general direction of the Vice President for Human Resources, you will work with significant independence and collaborate with senior leaders, HR and Finance partners, colleges and administrative units, external consultants, and other key stakeholders.
