Mueller Communications, a well-established and highly regarded communications and marketing firm, is looking to meet experienced senior-level communications professionals with strong experience in crisis communications to add to its talented team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and lead strategy, manage teams through execution, participate in new business development efforts, and counsel clients through communications challenges from crises to awareness-building campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:
Project & Team Management
- Lead & oversee client team activities (projections, monthly planning, regular internal client reviews), ensuring appropriate staff are assigned to your projects
Client Management
- Demonstrate the ability to present recommended solutions to client challenges, as well as forward-thinking, proactive growth opportunities
- Demonstrate “value add” to client relationships
Crisis Communication
- Oversee the initial intake, implementation, and execution of a crisis plan, including responding beyond standard business hours as necessary and always with the support of other staff
- Bringing appropriate staff to the table, ensuring responses and approaches are in line with client expectations
Qualifications that will make you stand out:
- 10+ years of PR or communications experience, particularly with crisis communications
- Positive, problem-solving attitude
- Prior agency experience is a plus
