What You Will Do
Lead on-site commissioning of robotic picking systems at customer facilities
Bring systems from mechanical completion through first picks, ramp-up, and production handoff
Validate integration across hardware, electrical, controls, and software systems
Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software domains
Partner with remote engineering teams to troubleshoot and deploy fixes
Execute test plans, acceptance criteria, and performance validation
Train customer operators and maintenance teams during system handoff
Document commissioning processes, site configurations, and lessons learned
Feed field insights back to engineering and product teams
