Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker

Madison, WI | Commission based (1099)

What you will be doing

• Leading leasing and sales transactions end to end
• Maintaining and expanding your existing client relationships
• Driving new business through your network and market presence
• Advising clients on strategy, positioning, and portfolio decisions
• Collaborating with experienced brokers across Wisconsin on larger opportunities
• Mentoring junior talent if that is part of your goals

Requirements

What you bring

• 10 or more years in commercial real estate brokerage
• A consistent track record of production
• An established network in Madison or the broader Wisconsin market
• Strong negotiation and advisory skills
• A self directed, entrepreneurial mindset
• Active Wisconsin real estate license

Compensation

Independent contractor structure with commission aligned to production. Designed for brokers who are already generating business and want more upside, flexibility, and ownership of their results.
