Senior Collateral Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a decade of experience in financial services and technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Collateral Management, particularly with the COLLINE application, and possess strong technical skills in Unix, Shell scripting, and SQL.

• Extensive knowledge in all technical aspects of the Colline application, including system setup and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Global One and FIS Phase 3 vendor applications is advantageous.
• Proficient in Unix and Shell scripting for automation and release management.
• Experience in managing Tidal jobs for batch monitoring.
• Skilled in change management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality production support in complex banking environments.
• Experience in coordinating disaster recovery exercises.

Responsibilities include providing L1/L2 support, resolving user inquiries, managing production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing incident management. The role also involves user access and audit reviews, IDM reviews, and user access setup. Additionally, the candidate will assist in coordinating and managing disaster recovery flips.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
