We are seeking a Senior Cloud Migration and Infrastructure Engineer to lead infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, driving Day 1 readiness, post-close execution and operational handover. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on technical leadership across networking, identity, cloud platforms and security domains.
Responsibilities
Lead infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, including Day 1 readiness and post-close execution
Own the infrastructure integration strategy, roadmap and milestones (TSA considerations, cutover planning, rollback plans)
Run technical discovery and current-state assessments; define target-state architecture and integration approach
Coordinate execution across network and connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), identity and access (AD/Azure AD/Entra, SSO/MFA, IAM, privileged access) and messaging and collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations)
Oversee endpoint and device management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), server and cloud platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITSM and monitoring (ServiceNow, CMDB, logging/observability)
Ensure integration aligns with security, compliance and risk requirements (data protection, access controls, audit readiness)
Manage dependencies with application, security, workplace and business stakeholders; work with external vendors/MSPs as needed
Track progress, risks and issues; provide clear reporting to program leadership and executive stakeholders
Support integration budget planning and resource forecasting
Drive operational handover to steady-state teams and ensure documentation/runbooks are complete
Requirements
3+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with significant experience leading complex, multi-domain initiatives
Demonstrated experience leading M&A infrastructure integration (or equivalent large-scale integration/migration programs)
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: networking, identity and endpoint management, with cloud/hybrid and security fundamentals
Proven ability to lead through influence across multiple teams and geographies
Strong program execution skills: planning, governance, RAID management and cutover management
Excellent stakeholder communication-able to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences
Experience with TSA planning/execution and divestiture separation projects
Familiarity with Zero Trust, modern identity and cloud migration patterns
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Qualifications in ITIL, PMP/Prince2
Proficiency in Azure/AWS
Background in CCNA/CCNP
Showcase of security certifications
