Position Description:
Develops complex cloud-based application architectures in Agile development environments, leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) (Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Simple Storage Service (S3), Application Load Balancer (ALB), and Amazon Route 53). Modernizes distributed applications using containerization technologies (Docker) and deploys services through REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Develops and implements automated test cases using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) frameworks. Implements Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure system consistency. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer (or closely related occupation) developing cloud-based software in a financial services environment, using AWS cloud technologies.
Or alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent), and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer (or closely related occupation) developing cloud-based software in a financial services environment using AWS cloud technologies.

Salary: $115,000.00 to $128,000.00/year
