Every home presents a new canvas. You'll work directly with homeowners to design custom storage solutions that enhance their lifestyle while adding lasting value to their home. From the initial consultation---through---the final design presentation---through---the completed project, you'll combine creativity, professionalism, and consultative selling to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with in-home closet design, or a related field
- Proficiency in technology and ability to understand software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency with relation to organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of home organization construction materials and techniques
- Experience with IN-HOME sales
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their storage needs and preferences
- Design custom closet systems using proprietary design software
- Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems
- Manage schedule and timely follow up to pending proposals and work related activities
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service
