Position Summary:
This role is aligned with our Climbing Arborist II–III Career Pathway and requires demonstrated proficiency in advanced rigging, complex removals, and production accountability. This individual must perform at a high level technically, operate with discipline, and contribute to crew performance, safety, and client confidence. This is a senior position, and the individual will be considered part of our management team.
Job Description:
- Execute advanced tree work under various production conditions
- Maintain zero tolerance for preventable safety issues
- Lead by example and elevate the crew around them
- Operate within a structured, standards-driven system
- Utilize advanced rigging systems and techniques
- Perform crane-assisted removals
- Perform specialty pruning
- Follow all industry and internal standards
- Manage and improve all process (e.g. Time Tracking, Job Briefings, Inventory)
- Deliver a strong client experience

Pay Structure:
On target earnings will be between $90-$100k with a mix of salary and performance bonus. Base pay will depend on experience and credentials. Production Bonus will be based on exceeding base line targets.
Qualifications Required:
- Valid Driver’s License (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- 3+ years climbing experience
- Preferred but not required
- ISA Certified Arborist
- TRAQ / CTSP / CDL
