    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Representative to serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing inquiries, supporting operational processes, and helping ensure client satisfaction across fund accounting, administration, and custody services.
    The ideal candidate is client-focused, analytical, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven financial services environment while supporting and mentoring less experienced team members.

    Responsibilities

    Client Service & Relationship Management

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
    • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to client and internal stakeholder questions
    • Monitor client issues, prioritize requests, and escalate concerns when appropriate
    • Participate in client meetings and support ongoing relationship management activities
    • Collaborate with internal departments and third-party providers to resolve issues and meet deliverables
    • Support measurement and reporting of client service standards and performance metrics
    • Review internal reporting and identify issues that may impact client servicing

    Technology & Process Support

    • Utilize internal systems and technology solutions to manage inquiries and service activities
    • Introduce clients to new products, reporting tools, automation capabilities, and technology enhancements
    • Support adoption of process improvements and operational efficiencies

    Risk & Control

    • Monitor receipt and completion of required client documentation, including account information, authorizations, compliance documentation, and related records
    • Assess and escalate risks associated with missing or incomplete documentation
    • Support audits, control reviews, and team-based projects
    • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and service standards

    Team Support

    • Assist with onboarding and training of newer team members
    • Share knowledge and best practices across the team
    • Contribute to a collaborative and service-oriented work environment

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 2 3 years of experience in financial services, client services, fund accounting, custody operations, or related areas
    • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize competing requests and manage deadlines effectively
    • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting custody, fund accounting, administration, or investment operations
    • Understanding of securities products, accounting principles, and financial industry regulations
    • Experience participating in audits, control reviews, or operational improvement initiatives
    • Exposure to client reporting, operational risk management, or service delivery environments
