Senior Civil Engineer (PE)

We're looking for a PE Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer who will be at the forefront of professional civil engineering work, both in the field and in the office. We are seeking individuals with a passion for land development projects and a drive to deliver exceptional results. Our client is looking to expand into the Tampa, FL market and want to hire a Senior Civil Engineer in the area to lead this market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead professional and technical engineering activities.
• Oversee engineering design and review processes.
• Drive plan production for land development design.
• Ensure quality assurance through plan and document review.
• Offer valuable design suggestions with a focus on efficiency.
• Manage commercial and residential development projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated technical expertise in engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2014/Civil 3D plan production, covering water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, drainage systems, roadways, and similar land development designs.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ICPR (Interconnected Pond Modeling) and construction/final site plan preparation.
• Current Professional Engineer license issued by the State of Florida.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in land development projects.
• Valid Drivers License.
• We do require candidates to be drug-free and pass a drug screening.
