This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects from concept to completion, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate directly with clients, permitting agencies, and internal teams.

  Pay: $90,000–$110,000+ (DOE)

  Location: Decatur, GA (hybrid schedule available)

  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and manage land development projects from planning through permitting.
  
• 
  Deliver high-quality civil designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  
• 
  Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local agencies to ensure timely project delivery.
  
• 
  Provide technical oversight, mentor junior staff, and uphold QA/QC standards.
  
• 
  Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.
  
• 
  Review jurisdictional codes, design standards, and construction documents for compliance.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
  
• 
  6–10 years of experience in civil site design and project management.
  
• 
  Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and HydraFlow.
  
• 
  GSWCC Level II certification (or willingness to obtain).
  
• 
  Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
