About the Role
This position is based on-site in San Francisco, with regional oversight of our Bay Area Operations. In this role, you will own the development and lead the end-to-end execution of Uber's fleet operations strategy to deliver scaled, multi-market deployment of Autonomous Vehicles (AVs). You will be the primary architect of our local ecosystem and partner with AV developers, incumbent fleet operators, and OEMs to drive industry-leading asset utilization and up-time to deliver best-in-class fleet economics to our partners. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned operator with advanced technical aptitude and an entrepreneurial spirit; a builder who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity and passionate about building and scaling processes.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
