    Do you have experience leading communication strategies that support complex change or enablement efforts, influence others and drive results for the benefit of your colleagues? Are you well‑versed in financial services, with knowledge of common products and services and the ability to tailor communication strategies to diverse stakeholders in dynamic environments? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. Field Change & Communications is seeking a Senior Communications Strategist who excels in strategic thinking and matrixed team leadership - and who is equally willing to roll up their sleeves and drive end-to-end execution.

    What You'll Do:

    • Use strategic consultation skills to advise and influence strategic decisions.
    • Deeply understand our practice teams and the role they play in serving the firm's clients.
    • Design and deliver field change and communication strategies that drive business outcomes.
    • Translate complex strategies into engaging, human-centered narratives and plans.
    • Lead a matrix team across firm capabilities (Practice Management, Field Learning, Market Management, etc.) to deliver end-to-end activation strategies for complex strategic initiatives aligned to the firm's highest priorities.
    • Demonstrate strong flexibility, execution and consultation skills to anticipate and respond to shifts in strategy as warranted, leveraging data and stakeholder input to adjust the execution plan when necessary.
    • Partner with business leaders to track and report progress towards sustainable outcomes.
    • A bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in Communications and/or Change Management.
    • Knowledge of common communications and change management approaches and processes.
    • Demonstrated success navigating complex, dynamic environments and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
    • Experience translating stakeholder needs into strategies and deliverables.
    • Advanced writing, storytelling and planning skills.
    • Prosci or equivalent certification is required within 1 year.
