We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Catering Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by selling our exceptional catering services to corporate clients, social event planners, and wedding couples.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
    • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
    • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests
    • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort setting
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficient in event management software and CRM systems
    • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu planning
