Senior Case Manager - Personal Injury

Saeedian Law Group is a prestigious personal Injury law firm located in Beverly Hills. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and client focused Personal Injury Senior Case Manager. The candidate will need a minimum of 2 years of experience managing pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement. This is a high-impact, client-facing position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients. Upon hire and completion of training, case managers will be performing the following tasks:

• Case management
• Confirming coverages and liability
• Coordinating medical treatment
• Daily client communication
• Reviewing demand letters
• Negotiating property damage claims
• Interacting with adjusters daily

REQUIREMENTS

• 2- 10 Years of Personal Injury Case Management Experience
• Familiarity with California personal injury law, insurance coverage issues, and the pre-litigation process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Highly organized and proactive
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERENCES

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of Filevine software
