We are expanding a growing senior safety business in the U.S. market and are looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living, or related healthcare services.
Our solutions are designed to help create safer environments for older adults and are intended for senior living communities, assisted living and memory care facilities, rehabilitation centers, healthcare providers, and other organizations serving older adults.
This is an opportunity to use your existing relationships and healthcare business development experience to introduce innovative senior safety solutions throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

If you already have relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, case managers, social workers, administrators, or senior care professionals in the DFW area, your experience can be highly valuable in this role.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop new relationships and create business opportunities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

You do not need prior flooring or construction sales experience.
We will provide training on our products, customer applications, sales materials, and sales process.

Rather than selling another traditional Home Health or Hospice service, you will help introduce innovative senior safety solutions to the U.S. market.

Compensation includes a competitive base structure plus performance-based incentives tied to business development and sales results.

The position requires regular local travel to senior living communities, healthcare organizations, networking events, and customer meetings throughout the DFW area.
