About the Role
As the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of end-to-end integrated campaigns—from concept to launch to performance analysis. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience and support revenue goals.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with demand generation expertise who loves rolling up their sleeves, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is passionate about building programs that move the business forward. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing.
What You'll Do
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel integrated campaigns aross email, paid media, events, content, webinars, and ABM
Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into compelling campaign themes and assets
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build scalable, measurable campaign frameworks and reporting
Work closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to align campaigns with pipeline goals and enable effective follow-up
Own campaign timelines, briefs, costs, expectations, ROI, and project management from kickoff through launch and optimization
Develop campaign segments, targets, channels, personalization, sales communication, and workflows
Analyze performance and continuously improve based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact including A/B testing
Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
Test new ideas, channels, and formats to drive growth and innovation
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing (SaaS or data/analytics preferred)
Proven experience owning integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Acumen with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, expedite and enhance campaign execution, and drive data-informed decisions.
