    Job Description

    The Senior Call Center Representative serves as a frontline point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. They follow established procedures and schedules to deliver timely, professional support across phone, chat, or email channels. Through effective communication and problem solving, they help ensure a positive and reliable customer experience.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products or services
    • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Follow established procedures, scripts, and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance
    • Document interactions, issues, and resolutions within internal systems
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams as needed
    • Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
    • Adhere to assigned schedules to ensure proper coverage and service levels

    Experience and Education Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year within a contact center environment handling calls, chats and emails
    • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Agent License within first 3 months of employment (expenses reimbursed by company)
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
    • Strong customer service skills and professionalism
    • Ability to adapt to changing software and support parameters frequently
    • Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong data entry, computer and clerical skills
    • Bilingual Spanish speaking, a plus

    Type

    • Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt (overtime eligible)

    Location

    • Mason-OH
    • We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
