    Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

    Location

    Hybrid opportunity based in Beverly, MA. This role requires regular on-site collaboration, with some flexibility to work remotely. Candidates open to relocating are encouraged to apply.

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute purchasing strategies for electro-mechanical products, components, and materials
    • Manage supplier performance across quality, delivery, pricing, lead times, and corrective actions
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchasing agreements to improve total landed cost
    • Maintain accurate purchase orders, quantities, delivery dates, and supplier commitments
    • Identify shortages and work proactively with suppliers and internal teams to protect production schedules
    • Source and qualify alternative suppliers to reduce risk and strengthen supply continuity
    • Analyze MRP and ERP requirements to support effective purchasing and inventory decisions
    • Partner with engineering, quality, operations, and planning teams to resolve supplier and material issues
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to purchasing, cost reduction, inventory, and supplier performance
    • Maintain purchasing practices that support applicable AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality requirements
    • Work with domestic and international suppliers and support occasional travel when needed

    Qualifications

    • BSBA required
    • 5+ years of manufacturing experience
    • Strong purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supplier-management experience
    • Experience using MRP or ERP systems
    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier-management skills
    • Experience driving cost savings and process improvements
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
    • Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 preferred
    • International sourcing or logistics experience preferred
    • CPM or CPIM certification preferred
    • Microsoft Dynamics AX experience helpful
