How You'll Contribute:

• The Senior Business Systems Analyst II – SAP S/4HANA & SuccessFactors plays a critical role in the implementation, integration, and post–go-live support of SAP SuccessFactors within an SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external system integrators to ensure end-to-end HCM processes are effectively designed, integrated, stabilized, and continuously improved.
• The ideal candidate has deep experience supporting SuccessFactors modules, strong understanding of S/4HANA HR and Finance integration points, and a proven ability to support organizations through go-live, hyper care, and long-term operational support.
• The HRIS Manager is the "owner” or subject matter expert on SuccessFactors. In this role, you will be responsible for the full global suite of HR-related systems, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Goal Check-In, LMS and Reporting. In partnership with our Business Systems Team you will help lead the strategic direction, technical design, configuration, implementation and execution of the HRIS roadmap.
• This position is focused on data analysis and compilation and is accountable for the development and distribution of critical reports/dashboards to the organization.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience in an SAP SuccessFactors environment
• Experience supporting global HR deployments and multi-country configurations.
• Fluid knowledge of Payroll, Time Management, and third-party payroll integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience supporting hypercare and long-term application support models.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
• Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP.
• Track record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration within a dynamic, fast paced environment; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership.
• Ability to effectively deliver presentations and training sessions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
