Job Summary

As a BA, coordinate with stakeholders and should guide stakeholders on business transformation process which can be followed as a solution to the bottlenecks business is facing.

Creating User stories, épics and features

Coordinate with stakeholders and comeup with full business requirement document

Skill Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or regulatory-driven environments.
• Strong understanding and experience in technology for Corporate Bank product and services including cash management, trade finance, treasury, and lending solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think abstractly and conceptualize complex process flows and/or requirements whilst demonstrating ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking along with quick decision making are required in driving solution, initiatives, and projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
