    Description

    IDR is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will help drive business operations oversight, communications, and program readiness activities for a large, public-sector focused initiative in the healthcare/health insurance exchange space. Youll partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to keep critical workstreams on track, support testing cycles, and translate policy changes into clear, actionable guidance.

    Position Overview for the Senior Business Operations Analyst:

    • Coordinate day-to-day operations for core program processes (e.g., autorenewals, Open Enrollment, 1095-A generation) while tracking deliverables and closing documentation gaps
    • Draft and edit internal communications, status updates, and leadership-facing materials tailored for executive audiences
    • Support testing and readiness activities by building schedules, drafting kick-off communications, and tracking cross-team dependencies
    • Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, prioritizing data fixes based on program impact and urgency
    • Assist with policy and compliance support by translating federal and state guidance into operational impacts and action items for leadership

    Requirements for the Senior Business Operations Analyst:

    • 3+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or a related analyst role, with health insurance exchange or Medicaid/CHIP experience
    • Strong ability to plan ahead, document processes, and track tasks across multiple workstreams
    • Excellent written communication skills, including translating complex topics into clear, executive-ready summaries
    • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing concurrent priorities
