SUMMARY: Supports the Banks mission to be the best bank in the markets we serve through effective sales and service leadership, targeted business development efforts, and community involvement. The Senior Business Development Officer is responsible for developing and managing business banking relationships in accordance with Fidelity Banks core values and business principles in an assigned area. The incumbent assists with accomplishing the areas business objectives including business development strategies, sales efforts, and market expansion. The focus is on loan production and deposit growth.
