We are expanding and seeking a high-performing Business Development professional with proven experience in healthcare staffing who can help us secure new facility contracts and grow strategic partnerships.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, high-earning opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional who understands the healthcare staffing landscape and has existing relationships or proven ability to open doors within hospital systems, MSPs, and VMS platforms.

This role is ideal for:

  • Experienced BD professionals in staffing

  • Independent consultants

  • Individuals currently working in the industry seeking additional income streams


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure new client relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and MSP programs

  • Leverage existing industry knowledge and connections to generate new business

  • Navigate and engage with VMS/MSP platforms

  • Present and position Talented Medical Solutions as a preferred staffing partner

  • Collaborate with internal recruiting team to ensure successful placements

  • Drive revenue growth through new account acquisition


Requirements (MUST HAVE – Filters Candidates)

  • Proven experience in healthcare staffing business development

  • Strong understanding of MSP/VMS environments

  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts or expand existing ones

  • Existing relationships within hospital systems or staffing programs preferred

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills


Compensation Structure

  • 15%–25% commission on generated revenue

  • Bonus incentives for signed contracts and first placements

  • Uncapped earning potential
