Senior Business Development Manager – Life Sciences

Boston, MA 02110 | Remote
$120K–$150K base + ~$70K target commission | Uncapped

Growing life sciences organization is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to expand its biotech/biopharma presence throughout Greater Boston and the Northeast.

Ideal candidates will have:

3–5+ years of life sciences sales/business development experience
Strong Greater Boston/Cambridge biotech or pharma relationships
Experience with consultative selling and complex scientific products/services
Bachelor's degree in Biology or related scientific field
Proven new-business development and account growth experience

This is a remote Boston-based position with approximately 30% travel, an existing book of business, and significant opportunity to develop new accounts.
