Senior Business / Data Analyst SAP & Cloud Data (Contract)

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and data engineers to improve processes, define data requirements, and support cloud-based data lake solutions. We are looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst with strong SAP and cloud data platform experience to support enterprise data transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and data engineers to improve processes, define data requirements, and support cloud-based data lake solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and data requirements across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings
• Partner with SAP and data engineering teams to support cloud data lake and reporting initiatives
• Perform gap analysis, process improvement, and workflow optimization
• Support Agile project delivery, user stories, testing, and stakeholder communication
• Work with complex SQL queries, SAP datasets, and cloud-based data environments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience
• Strong SAP functional knowledge in areas such as FICO, SD, MM, or PP
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data lake environments
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• GCP or SaaS platform experience is a plus
