    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two (2) years of office-related experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiar with using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data or process information.
    • Experience with customer service to meet quality and satisfaction goals.

    Job Summary:

    To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management and/or staff activities within a Process/Department. Ability to think & act on own initiative in providing process management of financial, human resource, and administrative support functions.

    Job Duties:

    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure programs are registered accurately and fully.
    • Review program activities to ensure alignment with Visiting Education guidelines and UTMB policies/regulations.
    • Schedule and organize pre-visit meetings or calls to discuss program specifics.
    • Manage the registration process for visitors, including collecting necessary information and documentation, per the hosting department's needs.
    • Ensure compliance with UTMB policies and procedures for visitor access.
    • Collect feedback from visitors and internal departments to assess the program's success. And analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of all program participants and activities.
    • Ensure programs are established with the channels to market the program to potential participants.
    • Provide training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure programs are adjusted accordingly.

    Salary Range:

    Commensurate with experience.
